Where are you located?

Est. ’82 is an online e-commerce brand and does not have a physical store front. We  ship out of Southwestern, Ontario. 

What is the return policy?

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery of your parcel.

Charcuterie boards and items on sale or promotion are final sale. Click here for the full policy

DO NOT MAIL RETURN ANY PACKAGES WITHOUT INSTRUCTION.

How do I report a damaged item?

On the rare chance anything arrives damaged please email us at customercare@established82.ca within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please provide photos of both the product and packaging when it arrives.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada only.

What are your shipping costs?

  • $15 flat rate across Canada
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 (pre-tax)
  • If you're local to Oakville, you’re welcome to choose local pickup at checkout. We’ll send a notification when your order is ready.
