Return & Exchange Policy
At est. ’82, each piece is thoughtfully selected to bring warmth and comfort into your home. If something arrives and isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Exchanges & Store Credit
• Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery of your parcel
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact
Final Sale Items
• Charcuterie boards are final sale due to their natural, handcrafted nature
• Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or seasonal sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Damaged Items
On the rare chance anything arrives damaged please email us at customercare@established82.ca within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please provide photos of both the product and packaging when it arrives.
How to Start a Return
• Please contact us at customercare@established82.ca within the 7-day window (from the delivery of your parcel) and include your order number and a brief note as to the reason for the return.
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving confirmation
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
